Police have arrested the accused in connection with an alleged attack on a young woman near the outskirts of Bhubaneswar. According to police, the woman accepted a lift from the accused at Khordha Bus Stand before he allegedly took her to the Ratanpur Reserve Forest. The woman managed to escape and ran into the forest, prompting a large-scale search operation involving drones, GPS tracking, flare guns, and over 50 police personnel. She was rescued safely, and a case has been registered at Infovalley Police Station. Further investigation is underway.
