Rank 1–7: Advanced straight to the Grand Finals.
Rank 8–16: Got one more shot through the Group Stage.

In each group, the top 3 advanced directly to the Grand Finals.
Teams finished 4th–11th get one last shot in the Last Chance stage.
But those landing 12th–16th? Their 2025 PMGC journey ends there.

Finally, the Last Chance (Dec 6–7) bringed everything to the edge.
