It's almost time for Free Museum Weekend 2026! Save the date for March 7th and 8th, when 20 museums around the Sacramento region will welcome the community for this annual access event.
Registration is required, and ticket registration will open on March 2nd at 9am at Sacmuseums.org. Ticket numbers are limited and are first-come, first-served.
In this video, Howard gets the word out about this 2 day event by letterpress printing, “Free Museum Weekend March 7th & 8th Pre-Registration at: www.SacMuseums.org,” which was typeset in 60 point Caslon font. This was printed with rhodamine red rubber base ink using our Washington hand press.
