उजनी धरणातून भीमा नदीपात्रात 61 हजार 600 क्युसेक पाण्याचा विसर्ग सुरू असल्याने पंढरपूर येथील भीमा नदीची पाणीपातळी वाढली आहे. वाढत्या पाण्यामुळे चंद्रभागा अर्थात भीमा नदीच्या वाळवंटातील भक्त पुंडलिक मंदिरासह इतर मंदिरांना पाण्याचा वेढा पडला आहे. संभाव्य पूरस्थितीच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर प्रशासन सतर्क असून आवश्यक खबरदारीचे उपाय सुरू आहेत.
