For Vinayagar Chaturthi, Pranesh was asked to make a Ganesha using biodegradable and eco-friendly materials. 🌿🙏
So we decided to make our own natural Ganesha using simple ingredients like wheat flour, rice flour and a little turmeric. Pranesh and his dad shaped the Ganesha and carefully added all the details like the trunk, ears, tusks, hands, legs, thread and crown.
For the decoration, we used rice for the crown, a flower-shaped cutout for the tilak, paper for the forehead decoration and two peppercorns for the eyes. 👀🌾🌼
Finally, we placed our Ganesha on a natural coconut leaf base, added two leaves and a few flowers to complete the look. 🌿🌸
The best part is that we tried to keep the entire craft as natural and eco-friendly as possible.
