Anupama Parameswaran is an Indian actress who primarily works in Telugu, Malayalam and Tamil films. Anupama made her debut with the successful Malayalam film Premam (2015) and is known for her work in Kodi, Jomonte Suvisheshangal , Vunnadhi Okate Zindagi, Natasaarvabhowma, Karthikeya 2, Dragon and Paradha. She has acted in several movies across South India and has now taken on opportunities in Hindi movies as an Actor.
This interview dives deep into the trauma of being in a Narcissistic Relationship with her former partner. She talks about the abuse that one has to endure while being with a Narcissist. She has chosen to speak up about it because she believes that more people need to have awareness about such personality disorders. Narcissistic Personality disorder falls under Cluster B personality disorder along with borderline personality disorder and Histrionic Personality disorder.
