E20 Fuel से खराब हुई Maruti Grand Vitara, Court ने कस्टमर को कंपनी से नई गाड़ी द‍िलवाई

If you, too, are worried about reduced mileage or wear and tear in the engine or fuel pump of your car due to E20 fuel, a verdict by the District Consumer Court in Raipur, the capital of Chhattisgarh, will bring you relief as a car owner—and compel car companies to rethink their approach. In fact, following a customer's complaint, the Raipur District Consumer Disputes Commission has directed Maruti Suzuki India Limited to provide the complainant with a new E20 fuel-powered car of the same model within 45 days. If the company fails to do so, it must refund the vehicle's cost (₹18.29 lakh), RTO charges (₹1,86,850), and insurance premium (₹34,644)—amounting to a total of ₹20,50,494.
