The super sad thing that happened in Guizo, Mandaue City this morning, December 10, 2025, really shows us that pets aren't "just animals," they're family. Miss Aimee was almost swallowed by the fire, with thick black smoke and flames all around her house. She even disappeared into the smoke for a bit... but she fought her way out, not for herself, but for her beloved fur babies.

Thank goodness, she managed to get herself—and all her pets—to safety. Her bravery and selfless love are just incredible.

If everyone with pets loved them like Miss Aimee does, the world would be so much better for all animals.
