I recently bought a repossessed Bugatti Veyron & also i'm mid way through rebuilding a Bugatti Chiron. But recently i was offered another Bugatti Veyron with a list of issues, one of them being that it doesn't start or go into reverse. Now i have to decide whether to take the risk and buy it.
