The More We Demo, The More We Find & Installing Drip

Today we’re making more progress on the farmhouse renovation! I’m getting irrigation set up for some of the newly planted trees and roses, our engineer stops by to work on plans for the house, and then we jump back into demo. We’re pulling up more flooring, uncovering some old damage, and unfortunately finding active termites along the way. 😬 There’s still a LOT of work ahead, but little by little, this old house is starting to reveal what we’re working with.
