Renovating Our 112 Year Old House - Nothing Was Salvageable

We pulled the last of the old fence posts, opened up the property, and then jumped into another full day of farmhouse demo. What started as simple demolition quickly turned into uncovering hidden damage, old wiring, and plenty of surprises. Renovating this place is definitely proving to be more than we expected.
