I want to redeem myself for the squiggly line drawing mechanism from my last video. I made a poor motor choice and used a servo that kind of jitters as it moves. This was one of the reasons the lines had a ripple in them, but what was worse were the absolute trash I used for bearings. They were supposed to be ABEC 3 rated, but they weren’t even close. I decided to try using them anyway. It was a bad idea, and after swapping them with some higher quality bearings, and after using a stepper motor instead of that garbage servo, now we have some much straighter lines.
